Just a quick heads up that as its getting close to August we will be closed for sewing machine repair services for a few weeks. I take my annual holiday at this time and have a bit of a break! Emails will still be checked and voicemails will be responded to but i won’t be able to carry out any repairs or servicing until my return in late August. I am always happy to discuss and diagnose issues over the phone and will also be looking into a Skype service soon.
Skype service
This will enable customers to contact me over Skype (not just when I’m on holiday!) and show me the issue live! I will then be able to resolve the issue for you quickly and efficiently or advise what the next step should be. Whether a full service or a repair is needed. Sessions will be booked for 1/2 hour slots. More information will be issued soon!
